Hi, I’m Tiana, and I'm incredibly proud to represent our community as your Greens candidate for the Northgate Ward.

I'm a mum and I've worked in both the private and public sectors. I've also volunteered with St Vincent De Paul for 15 years and other great organisations such as Rosies, Boomerang Bags, Beddown and Animal Welfare League Qld. Through these opportunities, I have gained the experience, skills and abilities to deliver change and improvement for our community. 

I have immersed myself in the Northgate Ward community and I can see that many of our families are struggling, whether it's with the high cost of living or the increase in mortgage repayments and rent. As your Councillor, I will listen to your experiences and work with you to find practical ways to solve these issues.

It's clear that people in our community want to participate in, contribute to and achieve a more sustainable way of living and I will champion this. Our community is home to some of the best parks and community-based events in Brisbane. We need to protect these and create plans for even more.

Small businesses are the lifeblood of our community and exploring ways to help them flourish, so that they can not only survive but prosper is a major objective of mine.

I'm here to make the Northgate Ward a better place to live and work and I'm here to drive change. Join my campaign and together, we can make our community the best it can be.
